All services are delivered based on an agreed proposal, quotation, or invoice that defines the project scope, timeline, and payment schedule.

3) Client Responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate information required for project execution.

Review and approve deliverables on time to avoid project delays.

Maintain active communication throughout the project duration.

4) Payments

Projects typically require a 50 % advance before work begins.

Remaining balance must be cleared upon milestone or final delivery.

Payments are accepted through secure methods such as Stripe or PayPal.

Late payments may delay project delivery or result in suspension of work.

5) Revisions & Changes

Each milestone includes up to two revision rounds for the defined scope.

Any extra changes, new features, or modifications outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

6) Cancellations & Refunds

Once a project has started, advance deposits are non-refundable (as per our Refund Policy).

Refunds apply only if a specific milestone cannot be delivered as agreed.

All refund requests must follow the official refund procedure at

7) Delivery & Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to the completed deliverables (code, design, or content) unless otherwise stated.

Self Care Community LLC retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio or marketing material unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8) Intellectual Property

All third-party software, frameworks, or libraries used remain the property of their respective owners.

The client must ensure any materials (images, text, logos) provided do not infringe third-party copyrights.

9) Warranties & Support

A 14-day post-delivery warranty is provided for bug fixes or technical corrections.

This warranty does not cover new features, redesigns, or client-side issues caused after delivery.

Ongoing maintenance or update plans can be arranged under a separate contract.

10) Limitation of Liability

Self Care Community LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project use or delays.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific milestone or project in question.

11) Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of any business, personal, or technical information shared during the course of the project.

12) Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within seven (7) days of written notice.

13) Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Richmond, Kentucky.
